The W3C issued a new version of OWL 2, part of the
semantic toolkit. It's quite important since OWL 2 allows people to represent knowledge domains. At Synergiums we're obviously following closely such events since they have direct bearing on both of our flagship technologies, SemSense and Vodis. And one of the things we're particularly interested to ensure is to provide for maximum flexibility in the use, reuse, merger and splitting of domains of knowledge transcribed in semantic systems for specific applications.
