Here are the profiles of some of our people.
Ludmila Mangelinck
Ph.D. in computer sciences (1998). She is responsible for R&D at SYNERGIUMS since 2006. As WP leader of FP6 project “SAFIR” and in charge of the Carlink project (EUREKA 2007), she is managing the ontology methodology and tools development especially based on corpora of documents. L. Mangelinck is the author of several publications concerning the application of knowledge bases and the access to e-Government or geographical
Alain Lefevre
With educational background in electronics IT and business management. During the first part of his professional life, he has been in charge of several research teams dealing with IT, GIS and database management, Telematics, Business Intelligence. Since 2006, he has been the CEO of Synergiums S.A.. He participated in several EC projects as Project leader or partner. He is also author and co-author of several publications concerning Decision Management, Business Intelligence and the access to geographical information by citizens.
Julien Foltz
Master in computer sciences. He participates actively in design and implementation of business process automation and vocal services. He has technical skills in the written speech processing techniques, vocal command interfaces development and ergonomics. He has been deeply involved in Carlink project
Bernadette Goffin
A documentalist specialized in the collection of information and the constitution of Corpus and finally the classification of information. She has an extraordinary capacity to emphasize the essence of informational corpora and to organize information. She took part in the development of the whole of methodologies and tools developed by Synergiums
Vincent Felten
Engineer in agricultural Sciences. His fields of expertise cover all aspects of information management, especially in the GIS domain. From 2002 to 2006, he was in charge of the setup of the Regional cartographic Infrastructure of Wallonia (Belgium) from its beginning to the current full operational portal. He was also involved as senior project manager in several European projects or initiatives dealing with spatial data management and diffusion ((MADAME and CLEAR [Info2000]), ETeMII, GI2000, INSPIRE, FP6 SAFIR and Eureka Carlink
Remy Noyer
Master in information analysis and business intelligence after a university degree in computer sciences. He participates actively in implementation of business process automation and information modelling. He has also technical skills in the written speech processing techniques and participates in the development of our document processing tools. Remy has been involved in Carlink project
Jean-Pierre Florisoone
Master in Computer Science. CTO of SYNERGIUMS since 2006. His field of expertise covers: System Engineer /Security Engineer, Senior Architect Designer and Security Officer. He has developed a vast knowledge in numerous projects linked to security audit, development & management. He participate has Senior Architect for the SAFIR and Carlink project.
